traffic travis whats going on?

i just made my first ever site, a wordpress MNS, the keyword has 1300 exact local searches.

There is VERY weak competition for this word.

i created my profile in TT about 2 days ago, and apparently no pages are indexed,

BUT if i type keyword into google i can find my site home page on the bottom of page 3. so dose this mean my site is in fact indexed?

also google webmaster tools can find no indexed pages or info on my site but maybe that just because i only registered for it today?

so my question is my site indexed?

oh. also sumthing i dont understand is this, although TT says no pages are ranked my keyword is ranked #12, which i dont understand because when i type the word in im bottom of 3rd page, i find it very confussing

Google this:

site:yourdomain.com

That way you can easily see if your site is indexed. On the other hand it looks like it's indexed if you see it in the results I think that TT looks at the first 10 results by default. Did you change it when you created the project?

yeh i changed it to top 40, knowing i was on page 3, but still said 0 pages indexed, weird

As Subsonic noted the default for TT is only the top 10 results, you can change that in the "Search Engines" project tab.

Also when you are searching Google from your own browser you are receiving customized results based on your cookies, ip address, browser footprint, etc.

GWT has about a 3-4 day lag for the traffic data.
