Traffic Source with specific options

Hey all,

I'm looking for a traffic service where you can not only set an hourly cap of visitors to be sent to a specific URL, I'm looking for such an service that allows you to enter a minimum numbers of visitors per hour and a maximum so it all looks "clean" and good. Don't want to raise red flags there.

Can anybody recommend me such an traffic provider?

YOu can use hitpulse or trafficswarm, but i do not think they go by hourly visitor visit though. You can set the credits for the day and the traffic willl come in. Needless to say it would not rush in withing minutes..

this kind of traffic is useless!!
