I mean there's a bunch of different problems that could cause 0 conversions.
First you might want to start with changing your theme, don't use those basic themes everyone else does like Brooklyn and Debut. Make sure you product images are clear and showing people especially for beauty accessories.
Stop using those dumb apps like counters and free shipping label in the header. Also, I'm 100% sure you have "SECURE CHECKOUT" with 40 payment icons below it, stop using that thing. Why do you have to tell them it's secured? I mean it should be secured and safe from the start without the need to mention it. It's a stupid thing to flex about, you get me?
You said people are coming to your store but not buying or doing any valuable conversions. Then it's 100% problem with your store and not ads. Only if you're lying in the ads, promising hills and giving them actually nothing once they're on your store.
Also, your thread is brief. Give us more info or just send me your store's link in messages.
You guys have one huge problem that you need to overcome if you want to succeed in ecommerce. Don't come with that "I'll get rich in 1 month" mindset. Let me destroy your dreams right now, you won't make 10k in a first month for sure, you won't make even $200.
You can't make money if you made your store in few hours or even few days. I can create a store in 1 day but it won't look perfect and I made over 100 stores in last 3 years.
1.) Make it look like a brand. (contact your supplier, ask for branding and order your own products to take pics and test them)
2.) Use your own pics for ads, product images on store, social posts (always use pics with people in them, easier to relate)
3.) COPYWRITING is everything. If you're not good with content writing, hire someone here or on any other freelance website, you can get 20 product descriptions for $50. Or if you're that lazy, steal them from your competition, just edit it a little bit. (I do not recommend doing this.)
4.) All images MUST be high resolution and without any watermarks and sh*t.
5.) Stop using spammy apps like counters, popups, secure checkout sticker
6.) Don't offer free shipping. Make it $2 or $5 depending where you sell. None of the real (serious) stores have free shipping. It's a feature you can offer as a promotion but not always. If I see a store with free shipping (always free shipping available) I won't buy from there cause I know it's something weird going on.
7.) Make sure you have reviews!
