Use Pinterest Analytics Monitor your Pinterest analytics to track the performance of your pins and boards. Identify which pins are driving the most traffic to your blog and optimize your strategy accordingly

Will do.

It depends on the niche, and type of websites...

I have 3.5k monthly views on Pinterest and going up, and maybe 1 - 4 clicks daily to the website.

Pinterest can be a solid traffic source *(if you build it the right way) if you are into:

  • Weddings
  • Cakes
  • Food (in general)
  • Recipes
  • Art
  • Fashion, etc.

No special method. Share pins(pictures and/or videos) with your links. Overtime, the Algo would start favoring you and your content.

That's how Pinterest works.

Thanks mate

Women's fashion and beauty is probably Pinterest's biggest niche. If I were in your shoes, I would dedicate my effort to one account/niche and build it up to a decent size before starting another.

You need to study your competition. Check out the Pinterest Trends page, choose your category, open a Pinterest incognito window, and search for some keywords.

Analyze which pins rank at the top—are they image-only pins, text-only, or image + text overlay ones? What design works for the top 5-10 ranking pins? Once you have answers to these questions, you should mimic the style of the pins that are ranking at the top, but be creative and make yours unique. Canva is the best tool for creating high-quality designs.

Pinterest is a numbers game. The more quality and relevant content you pin, the more you'll be rewarded.

You can check out my Pinterest journey. I share my thought process on growing an account from 0 to millions of monthly impressions.

It is a numbers game but like IG, Pinterest is a heavily visual platform. If you're using text on your pins, keep it to a bare minimum. A pin that gets engagement seems to get boosted in the algorithm.

It's not an official metric but I feel that if your pin is formatted to gain "impression time", it will gain some kind of traction. Whether or not it goes viral is uncontrollable.
