Is it possible to rent domains before selling it?

The problem is buyer do not know how much a domain worth. So it make sense if buyer rent the domain first for 1 month before deciding to buy.

    Is there such service?

    No, you can't do that.

    Not anymore.

ICANN has banned that practice, called "domain tasting".

Even in its heyday, it was never as long as 1 month.
More like 1 to 2 weeks.

Domain testing has nothing to do with what he is asking.

You could rent it, but you would need to figure out how to protect yourself from him gaining control of the domain. Unless it is someone you trust or you have a strong contract checked by a lawyer for in case anything goes wrong I'd say don't bother.

Not worth it. Why rent it, when you can own it?

I mean rent it means changing the nameserver to the buyer's for 1 month. After that sell that.
