You'll need to find several platforms as you won't be able to find one that trades all the stocks in the world.
Unless you go for a CFDs (Plus500, eToro, etc), then you'll be able to find most stocks, but you're not actually buying any stocks directly, but a contract with an underlying asset (derivative).
