trademarks in domain names, and infrigement.

    :confused: I have read that you can't have a trademark or its derivatives in a domain name? like ps3xxxx.com playstaion2313.com. Both SEs and Adwords dont allow that. It sucks... I dont know how to get started promoting offers that include trademarks.

    You can have them in a domain name but if the big corporations lawyers catch you making money off it they'll tear you a new asshole.

    Heard some very scary stories about MS and Disney trademark infringement domains.

    My Understanding: It's illegal under most circumstances internet marketers would be interested in.

    My Source: Legal training and legal threats from various corporations for infringing on their trademarks.
