Had this issue for one of my ads.

The policy states you can use Trademarks if you are an informational site.

"Informational sites: The primary purpose of the ad's landing page is to provide informative details about products or services corresponding to the trademark."

I already provided details on the product but still ad is rejected. Do you guys have samples to share with me that shows me how to go about this? Google Ads support is thrash and can't give proper guidance..

Thanks.

You may use trademarks in your landing page (if you are authorized to use the trademark), you can use trademarks in your GAds keywords (bid on trademarks in GAds keywords). But, not supposed to use trademarks anywhere in ad text , nor in ad headline(s) nor in ad description(s).

Dude that's not correct. See the policy here: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/6118?hl=en

I have also clarified my understanding with Google Support.
