Well i have a domain -
And now i shifted the whole site due to it! I would not suggest you to do this. If your site gets famous, they can sue you and get the domain anytime.

So use a non-reputable registrar and an non-us
hosting company, I'd say. Eventually you will
get a letter. Likely within about 5 days.
Of course if you are selling legit MS products
you'd reply and tell them that you are using
their valuable trademark in good faith to
extend their customer reach and brand
visibility...
...and ask them if they would prefer that
you sold Apple computers instead.

Selling Apple computers on a Microsoft domain name, sound
to tempting to do...ok, i will do it !
microsoft will definitely sue. They even sued some kid years ago who had his own software selling domain called Mike Rowe Soft (mikerowesoft.com i believe it was) just because it sounds the same. His real name was Mike Rowe too.

yup you will surely get a letter from the TM owner, as i got from linkedin.com as i own a .in domain which now they want to acquire. Till now i have got two notices from them and i have taken down the site and place 'domain for sale' banner on the domain.
In reply to there notices, i said i will take down the site but can't transfer the domain to them for free lolz, lets see what comes next.....

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. You most likely will get a cease and desist letter from them first if you are making money off their name. More than once I have used the companies name in affiliate redirect links and sometimes the company is cool, with it sometimes not. My guess is MS will whine about it. gl
