trademark domain's

If you will not use that domain, it will not rank, etc - maybe not.
If it will appear in SERPs - yes.
 
If its rank and show up in search engine, then you will face lawsuit.

When domains gets ranked and shows up in SERPs - trademark owners will reach you asking transfer domains to them.

Another question - who would pay you more than a registration fee for trademarked domain, knowing the domain will be lost soon?

You can try post it on biggest domains trade sites - maybe someone will be interested.

Personally i would not pay more that $100 for a VERY good domain name - if i would need exact thing some day.
Why?

I have many domains, and several times had such thing:
I bought a domain on some marketplace - couple of years old, clean history, no backlinks, all that time domain was parked with sale page.
I set the website on it - good content, good on-page SEO.
And domain does not rank on any keyword; or rank on some very low search volume long tails.
For months.

Is it sandbox for 2 years domain?
I bought old domain for a reason to not get sandboxed.

So in my opinion no one domain is worth more than $100.
Because risk is too high.

yes but i think some companies organization will be interested they will pay some good money for it !!
 
In some cases the trademark holder may not pursue the domain, but there's a chance you'll get a letter from their lawyers asking to forfeit the domain. It's unlikely that you'll get into legal trouble as long as you comply and give up the domain.
 
If you do not have rights that would be risky in any way.
