Tracking for binary options affiliates program

I have signed up a few binary options affiliates program. Most of them use the hasoffers platform. May I know how to use postback URL to track for people's email address which is used to sign up under my affiliate link and make deposit. Purpose of tracking for email addresses is to build a list. Thanks.
