Tracking customers

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a guide to tracking visitors to your website. Mainly, I would like to track individuals as they visit and build funnels based on their actions.

For example, If someone subscribed to the newsletter but didn't buy anything I would like to send them email A. If they bought a product then send them email B, and so on.

Any direction to guides that can do this using WordPress would be greatly appreciated.

You can use workflows for that, I think you need to have an email marketing software ( for example - GetResponse ).
