Can you please suggest a way to track unique clicks?

I'd like to give my affiliates a link and compensate them for each unique click they generate.

Most shopping carts support an affiliate system. For instance, in 1ShoppingCart you can pretty easily setup different affiliate codes for different people. You can also create a page where affiliates can sign up and create their own account. If you're using PayPal to take payments, there are several services you can use that allow you to split profits. PayDotCom is one, for example.

If you're actually trying to track unique *clicks* instead of sales, you could just use something simple like bitly. Just redirect your links through bitly and use that to track uniques. But paying people based on the clicks they generate is a pretty bad idea - It's far too easy to generate fake clicks and fake traffic that never converts.
