It's pretty much a investment, you invest in all 8 link spots with differnt websites/domain names/landing pages and you have a much higeer chance of gaining sales, assuming you have worked out the ratio to hits:buys so you can work out how much you should charge the ebook or whatever to still make profit? For example if you earnt $10 profit per sale, you made 1 sale per 1000 visits but you were paying $10 for those hits, it would mean you don't make any money, so you'd up the price by $5 so at least you'd earn $5 profit/sale.
