Torrents help ?

So i have downloaded games of 25 GB from iptorrent but now when i am trying to download torrents its giving me warning like

"Your ratio is dangerously low: 0.071
You do not have permission to Download Torrents, because you have been demoted due to your poor ratio.
Seed back all your old torrents to raise your ratio or
Make a Donation to upgrade your account to VIP class. And it will boost your ratio!!!"

Any solution i am completely noob at torrents.

You need to leave your torrents seeding to get your ratio up. Most private trackers will expect at least a 1:1 ratio, some expect more.

In simple terms you need to share at least as much as you download.

Oh shit .

No need to panic NN. Leave your torrents running so long as you haven't deleted anything. If you need to get your ratio up faster try looking for popular items on iptorrent, find the exact same item (Same file format, size etc) on a public tracker and download it. Then download the torrent from iptorrents and start seeding that.

They will probably have a tutorial on their site for how to do this if you don't know, if not post back and I'll try to help.
