torrent file not downloading... Please help

I downloaded 3 torrent file and after that i again downloaded 2 torrents for download. When i put these 2 torrents for download, 1 of the torrent downloaded 8 mb, i paused the torrent for some other reason, when i resumed, it is not downloading again. I deleted and again prepared for download, i cleared cache, put off the firewall and did every possible thing, but it is not downloading.

why is it not downloading if it has downloaded 8 mb ? Please help. the torrents are very important.

may be the uploader removed the torrent or the site deleted it.

How many seeders and leechers is it showing ?

You need to check if there are enough seeders, If noboyd is sharing the torrent you will never download it 100%. Try some rapidshare links for what you are looking for, is much faster for me.
