torrent creation

after creating a new torrent....will i be able to upload that torrent in all torrent sites such as (1337x, pirate bay)...or i have to create different torrents for different websites..
2)after creating a torrent if i am uploading that torrent in all the sites..should i use trackers from all those sites
3)will i have keep that torrent always seeding from my pc for the torrent to be active

after creating a torrent you will need to submit it to torrent sites
no need to create torrents for each sites
as i know some torrent site dont allow some trackers, just go to another torrent and use the same trackers
you need to keep seeding until enough ppl start to seed.

If I am not mistaken you will not need different torrent for different sites ( I could be wrong). Last time I shared a torrent, soon as other people started seeding I wasn't required to keep seeding it.
