Toronto BLackhat Programmer WANTED

I live in the Toronto area and want a good blackhat programmer. I dont mind paying $20, $ 30.....++ per hour but I want results. I want Wordpress plugins added, blackhat programming from softwares found on this website etc etc.

I have 4 new websites and need new links, new blogs, articles posted, RSS feeds the whole nine yards. And I want to be # 1 paged. Please only serious programmers, I have had too many email of wanna be's wanted to do it all for $400..
