There is a button on the interface that you keep open, that you can click every 15-30 seconds for a new IP, but it helps to keep a tab open to check your IP's to make sure you arent recycling and using ones u have already used.

If you are on Linux or OS X you can force a new IP by sending a SIGHUP to the tor process, just set up a script or a cronjob.

Keep in mind TOR IPs have likely been banned on many services that you are likely to spam. Better to just scrape proxies, IMO.

Yep, TOR isn't a good idea anymore for blackhat. I highly recommend going after a bunch of proxies and making the software loop through these.

Tor is slow, and others have mentioned the IP addresses Tor uses are compiled and made available for (at least in my experience) online forums to ban.

As I understand Tor, their are exit servers that are fairly constant. Occassionally you can exit from a (what I call a) "volunteer" IP, but 4 times out of 5 your traffic exits from a well-known Tor exit server and is therefore identifiable as "non-normal" traffic.

The other thing I question is why "every minute"? When I played with Tor, I was able to rotate the server based on what I was doing at the time. For every "X" number of events, the Tor Server would change. A one-minute seems arbitrary, and much more difficult to control.

Is there a definate purpose for this one-minute spec?

Plus, on a more personal level, Tor really shouldn't be used for spam or any other blackhat marketing or self-serving reasons. If you do some research, there is a noble purpose behind Tor and lives may literally be depending on it's functionality and anonymity. Rather than hawging all the Tor bandwidth for self-serving reasons (if that's is what's happening, just a guess), how about instead you donate some of your bandwidth so that dissidents and oppressed people in countries with tyranical governments have the ability to communicate freely with the outside world, without fear of arrest, incarceration, torture, death, etc... ?

I run a Tor Server every once in a while. I seem them little packets going through my computer, from "somewhere" and going to "somewhere else" and it makes me feel really good to know that I have absolutely no idea who is sending what to whom and where. Maybe it's drug trafficking. Maybe some kind of international terrorism. Or maybe they are using my computer to coordinate battle plans for the overthrow of Moamar Gahdafi. Or North Koreans getting to look at "Blacks on Blondes" porn (lol), without having to worry about being sent to a Labor Detention Camp.

I met a guy that lived half his childhood in a Labor Camp in Cambodia. Those places are real, and governments really put real people in them. I think Tor is a way for the average person to help accomplish some substantive good in the world. One primary benefit is to prove the idea that there are some places that no government can ever go, and some information no government can ever have.

You can run multi instance of TOR with difference local port, rotate and force them to restart after xxx minutes
