does the Tor Project use USA proxies? i find it always uses Netherlands or Germany for me... i need US proxies for CL purposes. any way to set this up in Tor?

Take a look at my product Cloakfish:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo-tools/39912-professional-ip-anonymity-tool-cloakfish-anonymity-discussion-thread.html

It is based on the Tor network but it uses a heavily modified private tor client and a commercial controller (Cloakfish).
The servers deliver a list of realtime working tor nodes (the official tor nodes are mostly not working) you select a number of them.
You can select by hostname, tld, GeoIP (USA as example) and speed.

Then you start as many as you like, specify how many hops you want and ready to go. (no more configuration required)
Up to 128 IPs can run at the same time.
If one stops working you'll be prompted to use another one.
It uses faster routes, shorter routes and realtime tests to maintain it.
The benefits of Tor are still there (untraceable anonymity, encrypted connection) but all the bad sides (instability, low performance, randomness, slow paths) are mostly removed.

Next to the product you receive professional customer support and regularly free updates including new features.

I have got a lot of customers atm, as far as I can tell all are satisfied just ask in the thread ;)

Ones program is installed go to Start Vidaila bundle - tor - torrc (notepad)

delete everything and copy paste this and save

PHP:
ExitNodes desync,NODE2NADE,NODE3NAME,NODE4NAME
StrictExitNodes 1
SocksPort 9050 # what port to open for local application connections
SocksListenAddress 127.0.0.1 # accept connections only from localhost
CircuitBuildTimeout 5
NumEntryGuards 6
KeepalivePeriod 60
NewCircuitPeriod 15

and you shall have the US ip only.....

thank me

works.. at least I get a US ip.. but it's always the same even if I change my identity..

is this supposed to happen?

Tor was not created for these purposes.
Tor has only one focus: anonymity
It took some good time to finish the client used in Cloakfish as there is no support and no official help to make Tor faster or alter the way it works if it results in any theoretical anonymity problems, or theoretical problems regarding exits or could interrupt the balance the tor network.

It's normal that you get the same few IPs because of the way tor balances the bandwidth network.
You can force tor to use specific nodes but that usually leads to a lot downsides as the official tor consensus directory has more than 50% wrong information in it and if it works you get into the speed problem as entry guards, middle nodes and exit routers most likely don't work well (fast) together.

See where i put ExitNodes desync,NODE2NADE,NODE3NAME,NODE4NAME

u can change from desync to a diff username on the globam map.. go to the map look on top of the lists for people the from the US delete desync and add thier username and ull have a diff us ip or change all NOD2NADE to usernames from the Us
