Tor is Shit. Please Help!

I need to fake my ip to a US address so that I can use cakeslice to cur out the email submit parts of US offers that have geo-targetting.

As I am from the UK I cannot view the offers to sort them out.

I tried using Tor, every proxy it renews on is either shit and doesnt work or isnt from US.

Any ideas / software recommendations that I can use to get around this? I cant use a proxy browser like hidemyass.com because I have to login and I dont really want to pass this info through these sites and doubt it'd work anyway.

Any help / suggestions would be much appretiated

just follow the steps I mentioned, just add one more step, when choosing exit nodes in U.S just add ones with high performance

If you after something more reliable, I'd recommend you to go with a VPN, I don't know about a good one here but I use StrongVPN myself, you can change your vpn server up to 3 times a month

I have only used proxies in the past but I saw this app in an Alexa thread and it looked interesting. I am wondering if it is better to just get a few proxies for under $10 a month or go with a piece of software like that? The thing I like about it is (if it works as good as they say) is that you can just select a country from a drop down for a proxy from said country...a nice feature to have.

There's tons of proxy software... and ways of getting it for free...

BTW: TOR is AWSOME. :clap2:

Also, there's really no such thing as a "secure" proxy they all track you to some degree whether or not they tell you is another story.

I don't use any program. I just change my IP manually. Just look for elite proxies.

1. go to www.ip-address.com
2. click "For IP to Location, IP Tracing, Broadband Speedtest and more tools click here" At the bottom
3. click proxy checker above.
4. check each proxy in the box in the right
5. If it's working, go to internet options in tools in your browser
6. Go to advanced-settings
7. Change your proxy and port. ex. 84.19.107.56:9090 proxy:84.19.107.56 port: 9090
8. Try going online. Even Google won't track these proxies.

Note: Sometimes, the proxies won't update as fast because not a lot of people are checking proxies. If that happens, wait awhile until an elite proxy came up which you could use

I priced 3 months of "Hide My Ip" at $56.80 with the $29.95 fee and 3x 8.95 for the premium for top speed use.Without 'premium' it is alot slower. Then $8.95 per month ongoing.

While the "StrongVPN" has a three month special where they waive the setup charge for a final 3 month deal at $45 total.Then $15 per month ongoing.

Just wondered of your opinions if the StrongVPN is worth the extra charge per month or would I not see any difference.

Ill probably buy some proxies. A member of the forum was kind enough to send me some for free that were bought from proxybonanza.com. They are as fast as my current connection and I can use with cakeslice and US offers. He has offered me more in the future so I will buy from him anyway. Thanks for the help guys

Hey man, try hide my ip. I use it to change ips quickly and effectively.

It has an option to use exclusively U.S. ips as well.

It's only like $37 or so.

I tried hidemyip a while back, every ip it gave me was shite. So slow, I must say that the ones I have been given by this member are awesome, so fast and gets me out of the problem that I had. I can finally start promoting US offers as well

TOR is really slow however you use it. If you want a US IP, you can get proxy lists everywhere (try proxy-heaven.blogspot.com). Import into Charon, test, and hit the "Country" button. You should get at least one proxy from the US.

Im just using the surf my proxy in the connections tab in firefox at the moment
