Great guide. I would like to add that amazon also suspend your account on the basis of sales velocity.

Lets suppose that the account is idle and you start selling products.The products start selling good and you get a good sales in first few days but the amazon has no such record of your previous sales history. This will make amazon suspicious and can suspended your account.

what you can do in this case is that you can start selling slow and steady . You have to raise the sales with time. A steady raise of sale is allowed by amazon.

One more thing I want to mention here that when you sell your first product you can be asked for verification. That will include your product invoices or letters of authorization.
