i set up a adult video sharing site 6 months ago
now i get 5000 to 10000 unquies a day
i have over 5000 videos listed tho amounting to over 100 gigs of contnent
the only real big problem is these poeple do no want to pay for nothing
looking at affilate links ststs to see 15000 hits and only $22 of sales???? makes you wonder
these sites are ok for building a adult site super fast my alexa rank has gone from nothing to around the 50,000 mark
poeple will come along and want to advertise as well
also when you get going poeple will come along and add new videoes everyday so it runs itself after a while
big thing tho on these sites is having good servers, also wath all thoose leechers from russia china and all the other tube sites trying to leecher your stuff or play your videos threw there players

That's the problem with porn. You have huge traffic volumes but no one clicks on banners and no one signs up to your sponsors. On the plus side you can grow a porn site very quickly and there is always people who would love to trade traffic.
So very true.. I started with a porn site and now I scraped the idea.

pay per sale is tough...
you need 50,000 to 100,000 to uniques a day to have a chance at making money from what I gathered.
I don't even bother with signup/membership programs
I just do click/impression ads and a product ad or 2 like a sex toys or something unique and adult related.

hey i am currently using w*ww.wegcash.org for the past 2 months they pay $2 per email submit and made like $7882.00 + bonuses promoting on social networking sites. And you get bonus when you make more or match the previous month earnings. Example last month you make $3000.00, the next month you make $3000.00 or more you get 2% then the next month you get 4%, then next month 6% bonus and so on. Yea I'm pushing wegcash on my tube site right now as well.
And like someone else mentioned, you need alot of volume to make some money from PPS. I'm focusing on CPC/CPM. Surprisingly, the annoying full page interstitial ad is paying out quite well from BLA. Try it!
