I have used www.domainspoon.com. Its really good but $99 / month for subscription.

My computer and my DSL connection...
I use expireddomains.net, and have a pretty harsh set of filters that gets rid of the crap.
Which option do u use to buy? godaddy expired domains or godaddy closeout domains?

I actually scrape the web almost 24/7 for good domains.

I don't use any of the registrars they link to - because they're dropped already I just register through my preferred registrar.
I check their list every day, and filter by:
- remove fake PR
- remove negative PR
- minimum DA/PA 20
- minimum PR 1
- new in the last 24 hours
- sort by DP (number of referring domains, highest to lowest)
- must have Alexa rank
This then gives me a short list, and I start filtering my way through them.
