Tool to check if a hashtag is banned on IG before putting it on account?

Usually you can just click it and look at the hashtag. If it's banned it'll say "recent posts from this hashtag have been hidden due to community complaints" or something similar, and you'll only see top posts from big trusted accounts

I use ritetag
from what I see it just suggests you hashtags once you put image, not really give you search volume or any relevant data to a hashtag

you asked for checking the banned hashtags, and I use it only to check if a hashtag is banned or not.

I'm using this tool https://ohtags.com , when i click on tag for more info it is showing me if tag is banned or not
