You could use sharedcount.com or sharescount.com , I don't think that you have access to all the metrics but 100% the facebook likes/engagement.

Is stumble upon still alive? Wow. That’s considered a social bookmark so look for a social book marking service in the marketplace.

As far as Facebook, Reddit, twitter etc there’s a ton of services in the marketplace that will do this for you.
