Tool needed to record site setup details - recomend? Please

Hi.

I'm going to be setting up a number of Blogs n small sites for linkbuilding, at the moment I'm using exel to record the parameters
url
url control panel
passwords
email used during set up
proxy used during set up
and so on

Is there anyway of automating this cause it's clumsy and a pain!

I'm sorry its early in the morning you want to record the parameters,I thought you wanted to input the parameters
