Tool for Editing Adwords CSV bids??

I'm making bulk changes to Adwords bids using a CSV file by hand and even that bulk way is getting VERY time consuming. Is there any tool that can take a CSV file and edit a row's value (like a max CPC row of 2.41) times a multiple (say times .85)?

Anything that will make bulk editing Adwords bids would be a huge time saver for me....

Should definitely be doable in Excel, it can read CSV and turn it into columns. Just Google "excel csv" or something. Should work with LibreOffice too I guess, and maybe Google Docs.

I'm using Open Office so read CVS files. I can change values by hand and copy/paste, but I want to be able to highlight a section of a row and perform a mathmatical change to it's value (such as multiply selected values times 1.14).

Otherwise I'm forced to calculate and replace each value individually by hand now.

I love building small tools like that... done as a hobby.. for free.. let me know if you still need this.
