I'm having a problem. I blasted too many backlinks with xrumer on a sub page on my site with the main keyword. I was and I still am #1 for my keyword but the page showing in the serp is www DOT mywebsite DOT com/subpage.

What can I do to get the main site back in the first result?

    Thank you.

Simple more links to root with suitable anchor text.

I started blasting the main site with the suitable anchor before I posted this message. Should I will also blast the subpage with other keywords?
I thought that there is a faster method.
    Thanks.

if the subpage isn't too important you could just do a 301 redirect on the subpage to your main site and create a new subpage with a different URL

Robertb is correct, one strong link or too many in a subpage can make that page to show up in the serps. To recover, just blast more onto the page you want to show in the actual results.

Better yet, have a double listing in big G. Blast the root and link to it for the same keyword from the subpage that already ranks. Will take longer than a 301 redirect, but may well worth it.
