Too many backlinks from my own social media pages, good or bad for seo?

Sorry for such a noob question but I have a website that I'm trying to rank in google, I just started some web 2.0 blogs and setup twitter, instagram, tumblr, weebly, wordpress, etc sites for my main website to get some backlinks. I have set it up in such a way that whenever I post something on instagram, it gets posted along with the caption to all my other web2.0's with a naked link to my website. Now I have automated this stuff further by using IFTTT(if this then that) that automagically posts all my posts to all my tumblr, weebly, WordPress, twitter, etc with a naked link like find more out here "link". I post around 100 posts like this on every platform every day. Now my question is would this hurt my seo in any way? Or will it help? Thanks for Reading

In my experience, don't think it will hurt but all don't expect much if you don't have a big following on these social platforms.

Thanks for your reply. How many followers should I aim for ideally for this method to have any effect on my rankings. I have around 5K followers on instagram, 1K on twitter, rest they're negligible around 50-100
