    Do any of you else believe that the to old to do something attitude is just negative thinking and that someone can achieve awesome things later on in life?

    For example I was reading about soccer,and people were saying if you haven't been playing since you were like 3, then it would be impossible to become a professional soccer player. I believe that is total BS,and that with the right nutrition, exercise,practice and learning you could become a pro soccer player after only really learning it at 21.

    It is a big ask of course it can be done - but there are so many variables that come into the mix - which often means you will need some luck too!

    I think yes, in this case...

    All depends of your skills.

    I used to have the too late to do things attitude, but I eventually grew out of it.

    I remember thinking to myself 3 years ago "Awww man why did i JUST find out about IM in 2009... it's way too late for me to make any kind of money online!!!"

    It's funny because in 2009, it was no easier or harder to make money online than it was in 2006 or now in 2012. (This statement could be debated if you take FTC regulations into account)

    I wonder what kinds of negative things people were saying in 2006 (when spamming myspace bulletins could net you $xxx,xxx easily). LOL

    I think 21 and deciding you want to play pro soccer is a bit late. I'm not familiar with soccer but in the NHL, usually you need to be on the scouts' radar around the age 16-18, after 18 and you're not yet in the AML/OHL there's not much of a chance, if any, that you'll make it to the NHL.

    it's never too late for anything...

    I look at it this way:

    Bow Wow started rappin at 3, worth maybe 20 million or so

    Jayz / Eminem / 50 Cent started rappin at 27... Worth 200million+++

    think about it.
