    nah. but thanks.
So I'm doing this thing where the visitor has already agreed to do the incentive/s when he enters the page so the convertion will be super high.

But it is real traffic and the visitor will get something in return for filling out the offers.

So I'm using the incentives in a way they should be used, just in a clever way which should make the convertion crazy.

Do I have to send fake traffic also or will 60%+ conversion be okay?

Also, I'm not very sure how these incentives work, but am I allowed to have the same visitor fill out many?
I could have each one fill out 10 $1 offers with ease.

depends on the CPA or affiliate company. read their TOS.
if they allow incentivized advertising you are good.

Well they are incentive offers. What other thing are they for?
But okay I will, thank you.

edit: it does not say anything about that, they say very little about incentives

Secret, it comes down to quality not conversion. While a high conversion might raise a flag, if the quality is indeed good as you say, then you should not have a problem. Most incentive traffic converts high anyway.
