too expensive messenger campaigns

hello. before,the price per message was like 0.15$. and now,it went to 0.90$ even! when im using link clicks,the price is from 0.05$ to 0.12$ with engagement percent from 2.80% to 8%. in every case,i prefer message ads because i need them for my job. with my last campaign,i requested from people to share the post with their freinds before they message my page. idk if facebook can actually see this and punish me this way? it just can't be so expensive,i mean let's think logically. it's far easier for people to message my page instead of visiting my link,so this message price isn't real at all. there is something wrong surely,but i don't know what.
