same here, just the thought of knowing shyt like this happens every single day makes me want to declare war on our own fkn gv and make them wake the fk up and fix the judicial system.

A man who tortured his 6 yr old son by chaining him up for weeks at a time in a closet and starving him his whole life, only gets 2 fkn years in prison.
Yet a guy who is in jail for dumb shyt like pot is basically murdered by the police and they try to cover it up?
Bet not one person will ever face charges, loose their jobs nor will a thing change and the family will be bought off and get "blood money" 30 years from now which in all reality is paid by our own taxes.

Once when I was in jail, they brought a guy from the medical area in, he had made the mistake of saying he had the flu when he was arrested, they "cured" him by not giving him a blanket, kept the AC on full blast, kept all the lights on full blast, fed him a liquid diet for a few days, and eventually he was then transferred to the regular cell area, where us hard ass criminals guilty of driving without a license and such are kept.

I know its true, because he was still not given a blanket and the meals they gave him was completely inedible.
A few cups of watered down ice cold chicken broth that a dog probably wouldn't even drink.

Yet sicko's like jodi arias that murder people in cold blood, gets treated like a celeb, free art supplies, the ability to forward messages to twitter, book and movie deals.

There is even a mentally retarded woman doing life without the possibility of parole for letting a 13 yr old boy touch ONE of her breasts.
They have a no tolerance life sentence for "sexual" crimes against kids yet believe it or not a cop of the same town was charged with having sex and impregnating his 16 yr old step daughter and got 6 months probation and is not even being labeled a predator nor was convicted and because to his "admittance and cooperation" the case was reduced to something fked up.
Plus, the very next year he received a promotion and is now a sheriff or something.

Sorry for "going off" but the judicial system in the USA is completely fked up.

I really think law enforcement should leave those alone that only have enough on them to use themselves. Pot is another story, why is that illegal again? It's dumb and shouldn't be illegal. I don't use it myself but I think others should be allowed to if they want. Colorado has legalized it, so should everywhere else. This guy shouldn't have died in jail because he shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Student sues DEA for abandoning him in jail cell, wins $4.1 million

Remember Daniel Chong? The University of California, San Diego student who the DEA arrested in a 4/20 drug bust in 2012 and then forgot in a jail cell for five days without food or water?

He's just been awarded $4.1 million in a lawsuit against the government.

Chong holds the dubious honor of being arrested in connection with a legitimate drug charge and coming out of it not only a free man but $4.1 million richer.

The house where he was busted reportedly contained not only marijuana, mushrooms and prescription pills but also 18,000 ecstasy pills.

But he had to undergo one hell of an ordeal for the payout. Left handcuffed in a cell for five days without food or water, Chong had given up and resigned himself to death after initially fighting to survive by drinking his own urine.

He managed to carve "sorry mom" into his arm, and waited for the inevitable.
He was found in extremely poor condition.

Chong says he was visiting a friend at the house, knew nothing about the presence of drugs, and was never formally arrested or charged. His lawyer
Julia Yoo said, "This was a mistake of unbelievable and unimaginable proportions."

Chong initially sued for $20 million, but settled the suit for $4.1 -- still a life changing sum of money.

David Eckert Appears To Clench His Buttocks; Cops Order Enemas, Colonoscopy,
    X-Ray For Non-Existent Drugs

A New Mexico man is alleging abuse after authorities conducted three enemas, a colonoscopy, an X-ray and several cavity searches on him simply because he appeared to clench his buttocks.

David Eckert's attorney recently filed a federal lawsuit on his behalf over the Jan. 3 incident, in which police and doctors co-opted an "unethical," 14-hour series of cavity searches, KOB-4 reports.

Court documents state that Eckert was driving out of Wal-Mart in Deming when he failed to fully stop at a parking lot stop sign. He was immediately pulled over.

When he stepped out of his vehicle, an officer reported that he appeared to be clenching his buttocks. That fact was cited as probable cause to suspect that Eckert was hiding narcotics in his anal cavity. Officers obtained a search warrant and Eckert's humiliating examination began at a nearby medical center.

    1. Eckert's abdominal area was X-rayed; no narcotics were found.

    2. Doctors then performed an exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

    3. Doctors performed a second exam of Eckert's anus with their fingers; no narcotics were found.

    4. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

    5. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a second time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

    6. Doctors penetrated Eckert's anus to insert an enema a third time. Eckert was forced to defecate in front of doctors and police officers. Eckert watched as doctors searched his stool. No narcotics were found.

    7. Doctors then X-rayed Eckert again; no narcotics were found.

    8. Doctors prepared Eckert for surgery, sedated him, and then performed a colonoscopy where a scope with a camera was inserted into Eckert's anus, rectum, colon, and large intestines. No narcotics were found.

(daily outrages like this are just the tip of the iceberg. fake drug laws, free energy, medical cures, etc. are all being twisted or suppressed.

go to y.tube and watch some of the videos posted by credible people.
the general public needs to turn off tv "reality" and look at world reality)

I used to live in the tip of that iceberg. The money and pleasures were balanced by the scrapes with the law and fear of the big bust. That's why the US will fight to keep drugs illegal to the end. Weed and Rockefeller drug laws are the perfect carrot and stick. Private Prisons are super stocks on the Dow Jones.

Rob Ford crack scandal: Toronto mayor admitted Tuesday he has used crack cocaine, months after a video scandal erupted

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford finally admitted Tuesday he has used crack cocaine, five months after news reports surfaced that he was caught on video purportedly smoking from a crack pipe.

Whether Ford had used the illegal drug was a key question in the video scandal surrounding the mayor of Canada's largest city. But numerous other questions remain unanswered, including:

Why does Ford appear in a photo alongside suspected gang members, outside a building that police believe is a crack house?

On May 16, U.S. gossip website Gawker.com and the Toronto Star published stories about a video allegedly showing the mayor smoking from a crack pipe. Both media outlets said the video was being shopped around by an unnamed source.

A photo was distributed to both media outlets showing the mayor alongside Smith, who was shot and killed on March 28. Two other men in the photo were subsequently arrested in a series of predawn police raids targeting guns and gangs in the city's west end.

If we lived in a society where, every time something like this happened, a politician was killed in response, these kinds of things wouldn't happen, and the State would have more respect for it's well-armed citizens. They'd spend more time worrying about survival, and less time worrying about re-election and polls.

The NSA has an extensive database of information for every citizen in the entire USA, and if anyone dares to disturb the status quo by democratic process, a private contractor like Eric Snowden will call the leadership of the opposing party with every bit of dirt and hand it over to them, to be used in a smear campaign.

Those favored by the establishment will not be smeared. Eric Holder is proof of that. Just yesterday, the Feds sentenced someone to 7 years Federal Prison for running guns into Mexico.

This is a permanent condition. We are now enslaved, and the only path to freedom lies with violent civil war and revolution. I spend a good bit of my time differentiating between targets and non-targets, and considering effective strategies and tactics to implement the necessary change with minimum loss of life & property.

If you go looking, you will find documented indicators of where the situation is going, such as YouTube videos of Police Officers squirting pepper spray directly into the eyes of young, protesting students, and then going home to their loving families with not one concern of being burned alive in their homes that very night.

They are NOT afraid. At all. But they should be.

18 Trillion dollar debt looms large overhead, and a good bit of the western world is similarly enslaved in the classic, biblical sense that "the debtor is slave to the lender". It's just a matter of time before the note becomes due, and then all pretext of civilization is going to be wiped away, and a hostile, militarized State will start running things as they see fit, with no regard to God-given Rights, the Constitution or the fact that it is the enslaved citizens that work to feed and clothe their families, and provide government-subsidized brand-new cars and free health care. It would be a good idea for the interested and the intelligent to start considering the situation from Marx's point of view, except replace the word "worker" with "producer" and then just generalize the class formerly known as the aristocracy as parasites.
