Can't tell you how much I earned for all the 12 million views because they suspended my monetization for "Reused Content" a couple of years ago.
Just enabled me again, lately.

stupid question maybe, but if that video is from 2014 and it took you so long to get traction, how do you scale up? lol. so if you upload tons of videos NOW you will have to wait a few years again?

I'm doing with 95% with a video and most of the remaining views with another video, I uploaded both videos so many years ago, in total they got 12 million views.
I'm struggling to make videos going viral now or even getting hundres of views.
If only I have 20 more video like those two would mean $100 daily.

That video started to go viral very soon since the moment I posted it.
Of course the views were a rollercoaster during the years but always had some steady views.
I think lately has been featured somewhere on youtube because increased a bit.

I had a channel where i reposted videos back in 2015. I was making $10 a day, but they banned my entire google account. You have to be careful.

I would say start a new channel study the video that went viral, and make original videos you’ll have more chance to scale up
