Hi guyss.. so today I decided to quit my 9 to 5 job and go full time IM (But I am afraid because If I fail this one my family will flame me for sure, they don't know I leave my job, that is why starting today I will work my ass off until I can't work anymore) . Before leaving my job I make sure that I am equipped with knowledge, have enough funds and be sure to know what I am doing.

I am doing YouTube + CPA, I know it is saturated but I kinda manage to earn some $$$ and I also like video editing..I have learned it by watching Premiere Pro and After Effects tutorial on Udemy. Also I just want to share my setup to you guyss.

Left: Upload, Video Editing, Niche Research, Etc
Right: 24-hour YT monster credit accumulation xD

I have some spare money good for 2 months so if this thing does not work for 2 months I will go back to my 9 to 5 job :( If you guys have any tips on how to make this successful I will appreciate it. Thanks! :)

Hi it is a risk to start your own job , there are many success stories on internet, good luck with your start up , wish the best

I'm going to guess YTmonster is one of those view exchange setups. Aren't they going to be a massive footprint for YT? The cost of running that machine 24/7 can't be worth what you're getting back from it surely.

Good luck man. I'm jealous of the setup I'd love to be able to do video production but I've given up my desktop and work from a tiny little laptop for the last year.

I wouldn't quit your job just yet! Quit your job when you make good money of IM. But good luck :)

Good luck with this, but this can be a double-edged sword "I have some spare money good for 2 months so if this thing does not work for 2 months I will go back to my 9 to 5 job".

If you find things don't go as well as you hoped, knowing you have your job to fall back on means you have the safety net and it's easy to walk away from what you are doing. Not having that safety net means you MUST grind to get to the level of money you need.

Think of it as learning to swim but with armbands on. If you really want to know how good you are, go it without the armbands of the job to fall back on. Otherwise you might as well continue the 9-5 and dabble in your freetime in IM.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but I've seen people go self employed, with the job available to back them up and months later throw in the towel, without actually achieving anything. Rome wasn't built in a day and trying to find something in 2 months to match your current wages might be nigh on impossible.

Shouldn't have left your job for something like Youtube plus CPA which is neither concrete nor a long term plan. I suggest you get another job while working on multiple methods, finding multiple working ones, as one will never cut it for you if you have long term goals. All the best.

I don't see YT + CPA as a long term business so I personally wouldn't have quit. Anyway if it goes well and you make a bunch of money make sure to create something secondary that could work as a fallback in your case. Good luck on your joruney! All the best :)

Do you earn some money ??
Yeah I earned 50 dollars in 7 days.

Thanks! I will make it work no matter what happen.

I think this article can be a great help with you to see how things are - https://smartblogger.com/when-to-quit-your-job/

Best of luck.

I suggest don't quit until you are making at least 50% of what your job makes from a consistent/semi-consistent/non-valtile stream
I also thought of that but when they transfer me as Graphic Artist everything went downhill. My original job is web auditor and my salary is quite good but they transfer me as GA, they remove my Web auditor allowance and made me work OT without pay. Now going to my office made me puke.

Good luck with this, but this can be a double-edged sword "I have some spare money good for 2 months so if this thing does not work for 2 months I will go back to my 9 to 5 job".

Thanks Mister F, I also thought that 2 months spare money is not enough, it is like setting my self to failure because I am expecting something big to happen in just 2 months. I will take ur advice seriously but for now I will do this Youtube thing I am 300% in.

Dude doing multiple things at a time does not make me productive. I've tried that before and it gave me zero results. Amazon assoc + Instagram CPA + Fortnite Support A Creator + Fiverr + Upwork.

Good luck bruv. As a business person starting out you will always get flamed. Don't fear the failure, you will learn by doing.

In IM if you're investing your time just on one thing then you're playing with fire. I wouldn't have said this if you were working on building a brand. Whenever you rely on a platform to make your living, always have a backup plan. If you think youtube wouldn't screw you over then you're going to need a lot of luck my man. Wish you the best though.

Good luck with your journey. Hope you succeed. You are braver than I am. Been thinking about this for years but have to much obligation.

I think this is a positive story - when you can’t stand your workplace, want something different and sth. this is the only exit. And don’t be afraid of your family - they can be an awesome motivation but having fear of your own family is not fine. If they love you - they will accept your decision. Tell them, don’t live in a fake atmosphere as many people do and are still unhappy.
My 2 cents :)

I would not quit my job to go for a Youtube + CPA journey. That's not a long term business while working why don't you focus on editing as a hobby?

Check this guy on Instagram "@blottermedia" he does some sick editing on people's dance and songs. Three months ago he had around 50k followers and now he is sitting at almost 700k. Surely if he launches some cool merch people will surely run and buy it quickly.

No matter the path you choose, don't rush in quickly building a brand takes time!

2 Month to earn a living income is very optimistic...
Yes, this is absolutely true. Earning from this takes a lot of time and tons of efforts to prove yorself, building a brand. I thing the OP will soon establish his own company after gaining some Xp

did you decide to quit today? or are you really quiting today?, i would recommend to keep your 9 to 5 job untill your online earnings are 60% of your offline earnings.
This way you will always have atleast some earnings to fall back on. anyway goodluck on your journey! if you work hard enough you will get there!

Good Luck mate! just Keep uploading no matter what i was once doing youtube and cpa it was 2012 and now 2019 i am still on youtube but i have build a authority channel it take me 2 years to build it!
