Hey guys, first timer here. Didn't know where else to look to, was googling around and found this forum. I actually own 2 sites its always been with me for quite sometime, developed it half way and always stopped. As ideas have been going all over the place I really don't know what I should do.

Basically I'm wondering with these 2 site names would they be worth selling or should i brain storm a little more and develop it into something? I'm not such a pro at these things but I do know enough to start off somewhere. Anyways might not be answerable but wonder if someone could just prolly give me a rough estimate on how much these 2 sites can fetch each. Appreciate you guys taking the time to read my first post ;)

    The 2 domains:
    Singaporeriders
    Singaporerider

I've always convinced myself this is a good site name but iunno what to do with it.....

I don't see a website, so you're not making any money? If someone tried to sell you a business that didn't make any money, how much would you pay?

If these are searched millions of times in Google then maybe worth something, but a catchy URL is worth zero dollars.

Certain 3 letter domains are worth big money. Domains with brand names in them are generally a court case, and certain domains that have a high exact match search on Google are worth money, but they need to be seriously highly search.

Try again buddy, we all have junk domains, you're not the only one!

Personally what would I do? I'd put some Asian hookers on it, run some scrapebox blasts at it and then wait for it to expire. When it goes to expire sell it to some noobie on gfy.com. You could also turn it into a Singaporean escort site either, and again sell it on an adult forum.... but that's just how my brain ticks, we're all different.

I have to disagree, a catchy domain can be brandable and easy to remember. OK, let's say Facebook.com is worthless because I believe years ago, there was no search for this kind of keyword but this domain name was extremely brandable and super easy to remember. What if facebook.com was let'sgetyoursociallifechatwithfriendsandmanystuff.com << what do you think it would turn out to be?

I agree with what you said Joe although I think you missed dog-tag's point.

My take is pretty much the same as his. OP's domain, as of now, is worth $0 + whatever worth he sees in it. If OP thinks he could make $1000 building a site for singapore bikers, then that's possible. But what he's trying to do is flip it. If he could find the right people, maybe he can earn from it. It all depends on what his plan for the domains are.

The truth is that I believe no domain is non-monetizeable. Some just require a lot more hard work than others do - to the point that it would be better to just buy a new domain that is easier to work with.

I don't know how many bikers there are in singapore or what markets there are there. But if it were me, I would:
    1. Put up a forum.
    2. Make a facebook page.
    3. Laser target ads to singapore bikers.
    4. Hire posters.
    5. Drive traffic.
    6. Monetize/ Flip

    What dog-tag said.

Your domain names are not worth anything. So, better to develop them and make them profitable before trying to sell.
