    I'm thinking of my strategy for domain name usage. I've registered the .com and .co.uk domain names.

    Now I'm targeting the UK market, so the main site will live at .co.uk, and I'm thinking of just redirecting the .com domain over to .co.uk

    This is one of many options to go with. Some of the other things possible are;

    1. To have the .co.uk as the main site, and use the .com for a link building property - i.e. have the .com as a blog
    2. To have separate sites for .com and .co.uk - here I'll get exposure in two different search engines. (G uk and G US) - but the link building efforts would be halved
    3. Or as mentioned above, I could simple use .co.uk as the main site and simple have the .com redirect there. The reason why I link this option the best is because I still want to capture those visitors that typed in the domain name without ..uk
    So what do you think?
