Yeah last live soccer I watched was when I took my son to play when he was 7 years old. That was almost 25 years ago. Grown up soccer? Nah I'd have to learn how the game is even played. We never played it in school when I attended.

I did try to watch it once on the Telemundo channel; I feel asleep in about the first 15 minutes and woke up to a stripper looking girl on some singing show. Not even sure where the game went. Most Americans don't know there is an American soccer team and couldn't name a single player.

    Come on, asap1... Real football?
There's no such thing as real football. In Europe is Football and in the US you guys call it soccer but "real football", as you call it began in UK, a century ago...

Literally the hardest I have ever screamed for this World Cup so far. LMAOOOO. I was watching it with my three other friends in the car and we literally started running around mcdonalds and screaming. Holy shit, you should've seen the coach's face. Good game, this is why i live for the World Cup.

You mean that game that looks like rugby for girls?

Nothing more boring then guys with helmets and paddings trying to get from one end of the veld, to the other end of the veld with the ball in their HANDS.

Don't know why you guys call it football cus it has nothing to do with playing a ball with the foot, it's kinda stupid.

Back ti the game, to bad USA lost 2 points in the last seconds of the games, you guys deserved more, and thank you for kicking portugal out of the worldcup

Soccer - grown men chasing a pig's bladder around a pitch. My idea of mediocrity.

Now while I absolutely am not a great soccer or football fan(grew up playing rugby) I'm quite amazed that you'd call american football "real football".. american football has been around since the late 1800s (which as far as sports go is rather cute) and soccer was played in ancient Greece and and before that in china (like 2000 b.c.)! So we're talking about a relatively new craze that only the Americans really play vs one of the oldest sports ever!

And the best part? American Football is a derivative of Rugby. Rugby was created during a soccer game. SOO American "football" is nothing but a clone of a clone. *BAMM*
