Hi all,

I've negotiated a variable bonus ranging from £250-850 a month based on KPI's.

I don't think this is a real offer but what is realistic? I've just started my career after I did my internship here and I believe I'm generating quite some revenue.

I've attached my figures and their figures based on Google anlytics.

When I did a proposal for my KPI's they send me the following:

We will be adjusting your pay the £25000k pro rata for the 3 days a weeks you worked while you were still at home.

The KPI’s need to be simple and based on current revenue.

You will have a target every month for revenue of £10,000, For all email and Text communications for company A, including Pharmacy, PPE, Trade and Natural, Also for company B.

The emails included in your target are.
  1. Automation (workflow) campaigns
  2. Abandoned Carts
  3. Abandoned Browser
  4. Push marketing campaigns
  5. Remarketing Emails

For each campaign that has a 10% conversion rate you will get £35 per campaign

For achieving the £10000 target revenue you will receive £100. Baseline bonus.

Additional revenue over this you will receive 8%.

This is subject to change as the department and sales grows

Your bonus is paid a month behind for example, September’s bonus will not be paid until October.

Thanks in advance!
