I am just going to go over a few good and important points here:

    1. Excessive keyword density ? A keyword density of 2-3% should help in not raising any flags.

    2. Strictly keyword-rich internal links ? Linking to your website internally with your keywords is another issue Google has been targeting. Linking to other authority websites such as Wikipedia with your keywords is advisable.

    3. Ugly site design ? A good looking, user-friendly website is recommended rather than using the same theme across all your websites.

    4. Weak content ? Wasn't this obvious?

    5. Few or zero value propositions ? High bounce rate in other words. Keeping your bounce rate low should help in letting Google know that users like your website

    6. Domain name is keyword ? Still looking for EMD's? I guess not!

    7. Excessive back-linking ? Using the same anchor text everywhere won't help increase your rankings anymore. In fact, it will get you a penalty. So it is wise to use Google's keyword tool to search for related keywords as well as use click here type backlinks and simply your domain name as an anchor.

    8. Excessive H1 tags ? If your website is a static one then using only one H1 tag is advisable.

Please add your own points as well. It will make everyone's SEO more simpler.

Right then.... who wants to be the first to start an un-optimisation BST?

Simple.. Just make an order with some keywords different to the ones you're targeting :)

    Thanks for sharing and summarizing.

What i'm getting from all these panda threads is that Big G is looking for quality.

    Quality design
    Quality articles
    Quality/organic traffic
    Quality/Natural links

No more Domain name as keyword ? I am not sure about that point.

Apart from that all other points are quite solid.

An EMD might also increase keyword density. It will surely give off the signal that you're focusing on a certain keyword more than the others. After all a normal user won't register an EMD 8/10 times.. You have to make it look natural..

P.S. I decreased keyword density on one of my websites yesterday just to try this. The website had been hit by the over optimization penalty earlier. Today it came up quite a few spots. Will be doing this on my other websites as well now

Thanks buddy. In fact, I already follow all the mentioned points (except EMD), so the new proposition looks good to me. I checked just now and dont find any EMD website got a hit. Everything is in the right place so far...

this may be the intent behind the change
    however
    it is not the result
follow this at your own risk

too many emd on page 1 for their terms
    too many 3% keyword+ on page 1
Empty 1 page blogspot ranking for make money online really kills that whole "ugly site" thing and the "weak content" part too
i'd imagine it's got a bounce rate that is through the roof as well

i don't know how much of this pr statement i'd believe after it looks like swiss cheese from being shot by all those facts
