Tips for my AR business

I am a AR developer, I worked on lens studio and a bit on unity the last couple years. I have gotten quite advanced, but I am a bit stuck now. I want to use my AR skills to help sell real estate. Does anyone have some tips for me what AR platform is the best right now? and some business tips maybe? That would help me a lot!

For now i believe you should focus on real problem solving way for real estate agents rather than chasing the newest AR platform by doing a simple virtual property tours or interactive floor plans
