Try posting pictures and memes. Maybe not so much memes but really epic pictures, beautiful women, cool cars and interesting things people don't see everyday. These pictures will generate tons of likes and inspire more users to connect with your fan page. I've noticed that the big fan pages I see virally in my newsfeed are usually posting tons of cool pictures and memes. Depends on what the name of the FB page is on what type of memes you will post, don't want to kill your target audience. I think the best way to get it out there virally is some cool pictures, get the likes and get the natural viral effect going and you will slowly start to see the likes for the fan page to rise.

N40616 is right...start posting unique pictures; interesting and provoking...either in a good or bad way, that will create a viral distribution

The problem i see it is all good starting a facebook page. But getting those initial first 100-1k unique visitors is what i am trying to get and can see that being the problem. Is there methods in advertising or a bot?

You can definitely use a bot and start adding randoms but you will need to purchase PVAs and program a bot. I recommend just sharing it on your personal page. You can always get away with creating one fake account and adding a few people a day and sharing things on your wall. It depends on what scale you want to work on. All it really takes is to post a good picture and someone with a lot of friends sharing it.

You can use ads to get likes, promote the page to your twitter following as well. Pictures are definitely the good as well, viral memes and the like. Also, the easiest way to start is to suggest to all your friends. You might have to do it 4 or 5 times, but you can get that first initial bump easy and free that way.
