Tip: If Your Are Selling/Providing A Service: CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I am beyond pissed off at a company that we spend a SH#T load of $$$ with each month. The do not answer emails. They do not return calls. And IF you happen to get a hold of them they say "Oh we are in the middle of something and we will call you right back" - and they never do.

    There is NOTHING that pisses me off more than poor customer service.

    So, if you are in business for your self - take the time and make sure you provide a good customer service - that will make you STAND OUT above your competition.

    Simple tip - provide customer service and you will already be ahead of the competition! People are so lazy these days!

    Just a simple tip that some people forget. You could have the very best product or service but if your customer service sucks then you have nothing.

    This is what I tell my team. Doesn't matter if the quality isn't fantastic, always ensure that your customer support is the best.

    A customer is important and a good way to keep them satisfied is to have great support. At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter if your product isn't the best on the market. However, good customer support goes a long way.
