For most of us, getting those first few sales on fiverr is the most difficult stage for beginners. Everything depends upon how many reviews you have for that particular service. Even the search algorithms would make your service visible only if you have generated some sales and positive feedbacks. I've seen people paying for fiverr reviews which works equally well. But today I am going to discuss about a technique which you can use to boost your reviews for free. This doesn't mean there's no hard work behind this technique. And before some of you start commenting that its already a well known and old trick, I wanted to clarify that its for the people who are getting started so that isn't necessary they know everything you know So finally you've published your first gig and hoping to generate sales but due to massive competition you appear nowhere in the search results. Follow these steps Step 1 : Find you 10 biggest competitors on fiverr (people who have thousands of positive reviews and 10+ sales in queue). Step 2 : Ask them to outsource their work. For example : you both are selling the same service for $5. Tell them that you will complete x2 - x3 orders for them in $5. They can pay you by buying your gig. Usually they will ask for a sample work but I guess that shouldn't be the problem if you are good at what you do (If you aren't, you shouldn't be selling that gig). Step 3 : Keep repeating step 2 until your gig starts generating its own sales. I understand that it would take 2-3 time more work and time but its totally worth it. Even the top sellers have some other gigs that nobody buys, its not because they aren't good but because of the less buyer exposure. So this technique can be applied there as well One more important thing : its not always necessary to search the seller for that particular gig. If you have multiple skills, you can complete their work for a review on a totally unrelated gig of yours.
