I spent about 3 hours trying to figure out how to do this without actually downloading and hosting youtube videos. So here it is in case anyone else is looking to do the same.
1. Take your Youtube url to anyone of those online Youtube Downloader sites. I used this site here. Just enter in a youtube url and then click catch.
Next copy the "FLV" link, just right click copy link location if your using firefox.
2. Take that link over to http://freeflashplayer.net/ and fill in the forms to generate the code.
3. Copy and paste the code into your web page or blog.
The good thing about this site is that you can also link your videos to a website, so when the player is double clicked it will navigate to that page.
