Hey guys this is just a little tip that I've come across while creating Gmail accounts and YouTube channels. Basically what you want to do is go to any university campus and get into their computer labs. If you get onto one of their computers you can create a new Gmail account instantly without being asked for phone verification. You can then use that account for YouTube and create 8 different channels under that account before you're asked for phone verification.

The good news is that for some reason after 1-2 hours you can open up a new window and when you go in and create another account you don't get asked for phone verification and again you can make another 8 channels freely. I'm not sure why there's a time delay but for anyone with access to a university campus, the library or any public place where they have computers go try it out. I'm not sure if it'll work at all universities or other areas but this is what I've experienced. I was able to make 2 Gmail accounts and 16 different YouTube channels completely free.

Will be trying to make more accounts tomorrow to see if it's possible to consistently make accounts this way. This is a good alternative to simply buying the accounts especially if you're just testing

Following your logic, I would say public wifi should work the same.

The computers I was using were connected via wired connection, not sure if that makes a difference. One thing that is surprising is that for some reason the IP address of the computers changes every 3-5 seconds. I know this because if I were to log into blackhatworld from the computers, wait 5 seconds, and then refresh my page, it would show that I'm not logged in anymore. I think the fact that the IP is changing (or maybe it's the not the IP, maybe something else is changing) contributes to the reason why it's possible to keep making these accounts.

I've tried at home using VPNs and proxies to make accounts and every time I get hit with phone verification. At my university though I can make 16 accounts every 1-2 hours.

The thing in refreshing bhw page might not be connected with changing IPs at all. It's just something related to an internet provider or your lab's network, you should find out the connection type and settings they use.

I think it is all about using an IP or IP range that has not been used/used much to create Google Accounts.

There is nothing to do with University.
IP range is playing the role here. Maybe these IPs are not abused much.

Or you search for free phone verification sites and use their service to do the verification.

Most of the numbers they give you on those sites are heavily saturated and as a result they no longer work when you try to use them for phone verification of gmail accounts

i highly doubt that, because that would mean disconnecting and reconnecting in every 5 seconds, which would result in pretty shitty user experience, also all the wifi devices would be in continuous search of the connection, they almost won't even be able to find anything in a small time frame like that :)

you can easily check the ip though, if it changes or not, just use ipchicken.com or similar

btw BHW won't log you out, if your ip changes, moreover you can be logged in from different ips at the same time, i use 2 internet connections at home, one of them with dynamic ips and if i click the "remember me" option before logging in, i will stay logged in, no matter that the ip changed or not
maybe the continuous logging in and out you experience has something to do with caching or idk

i think the "magic trick" here is that Google recognizes that ip range as a range which belongs to a university and they cannot really restrict those ips, because it would affect a lot of people and probably what others mentioned above, that it's not abused to hell (just yet) :)
