hello, i havent seen these on the forum, so i thought i would post about them.

templatr (dotcom)in beta. a free template/layout maker for wordpress. just choose your layout, input pictures, play with the design and grab the code. they have created you tube videos to show how it works, hxxp://uk.youtube.c0m/watch?v=haK6UNAFO_s&feature=related
quite honestly its there are not all that good.

wix (dotcom) is a free site you can design. its flash based and appears to make some very cute sites. i dont think they can become big money maker , but its free and you can some of you might be able to find a use for it. i intend to use mine and a social site that will feed some of my ecommerce sites.

Just discovered Wix myself, and I think it does offer quite alot to people in our field.
Haven't fully looked into it yet, but its free to host so long as you don't mind they're adverts, looks nice and seems to allow yu to create as many websites as you want!

(so for link wheels or pyramids this is a valuable resource)

haha yeah it does kinda stink of thread necromancy most foul, but I was genuinely surprised noone is talking about/using wix.

Had a quick look myself, and the registration process consists of supplying an email and a pass word! From there you select a template (there's hundred, I can only assume that their small print has a clause whereby any site you make is eligable for template status), slap in your content and hit publish!

Just seems rife for abuse :D
