Hiho community,
i just wanted to ask if you think its a good idea to just make a youtube channel dedicated to repost tiktok videos since that has been blowing up, wouldnt it be a pretty easy way to generate content with not a lot of effort?

i mean you would just have to search in tiktok for #meme and cut them into a vid, no?
you would even be able to make a second channel dedicated to reposting videos of people that take the site seriously.

now the question i wanted to ask is, does anybody know the terms that tiktok uses for the content, so my youtube account wont get banned withing a few days of doing that.

(sry if i made some mistakes, im new to the community, just wanted to get this out there, since ive not read anything about it in the youtube section)

LG George

if you have best ground for to promote then its a nice idea and in trending too

What about profit? You canr monetize your channel since YT don't accept this kind of channel to be monetized anytime soon!

Most of these tiktok channels sell t-shirts and other kinds of merch. However, that practice seems a little dodgy since most of them have music from big labels so you're basically making money off of their copyrighted material.

If you want to know their terms check out the app description or go on their website.

As the others said you cant monetize the TikTok videos...
...you could use compilations to grow your channel.
Then - Monetize your own content.

Which compilators is it possible to use? Could you send the name, please.
