In my locale I've never seen them
Maybe they are incorporating a new type of special content for tiktok howtos, as pinterest has been dominating for image-like queries?

I have not seen it yet, I don't think google would do that because they have their short videos similar to tiktok.

They did indeed just google for some influencer or so for expample pewdiepie it's showing for me on second page
